Features of Standard idlers
Low radial runout:Idlers are made of precision steel pipe to ensure well-balanced rotation.The radial runout of outer ring will be definitely in the area of following:
Low Rotation Resistance,Energy-Saving:The rotation resistance factor of our idlers stay less than 0.01 though it varies with the roller dia.and bearing bore.However,for the NC idlers,employ simulant friction resistance factor=0.020 for calculation of conveyer drive horsepower in view of other operating conditions involved,for other common idlers,employ simulant friction resistance factor 0.022-0.030 for calculation of conveyer drive horsepower,this shows the advantage of our products in the way of energy-saving.
Permanent Lubrication:NC idlers are of factory-greassed,seald-for-lifetime,fitted with precision deep-groove ball bearing (with ZZ shields) at both ends,no extra lubrication is required. |

Structure of Standard Idlers
Shaft:Accurate shaft will be made of special machining mechanism
Pipe:Rollers are made of accurate pipe with state-of roundness and straightness to ensure well-balanced rotation.
Ball-Bearing:Optimum fit given between ball bearing,shaft and housing,based upon years of experiience.Ball bearing provided with C3 group of clearance,ZZ shield deep-groove to ensure a nice fit and off-set any expected temperature rise during operation by means of internal clearance.
Housing:Housing made of deep-drawn material,cast on accurate mould,and will be automatically welded to pipe simultaneity at both sides.Rigid and mono-block structure so produced ensures to make it free from any looseness between pipe and housing or breakage,resultantly provide with satisfactory durability for high-speed conveyer susceptible to expected big impact during operation.
Labyrinth Seal:The particular labyrinth seal structure excogitated in our company is of non-contact type,and so durable and has less rotation-resistance and long life-span as to be of optimum structure,particularly for a long-distance and large capacity conveyer for bulk material.It is approved from the testing of national authoritative organization and NC Company that Seal employed is of dustproof and waterproof type,whose performance proved to be satisifactory and has by a long way exceeded the GB and JIS standard after our repeated research and development.

Features of Flexible Structure Pulleys
Since the development of steet wire belt in the 60 s of the 20th century,belt conveyer has come into the age of large of large capacity and long distance carrying.In order to meet the needs of large capacity carrying,pass through research and test time,we change the pulley from rigid structure to flexible structure.
The appearance of rigid structure pulleys and flexible structure pulleys is basically similar,but their inner structure is absolutely different.For flexible structure pulleys,flexibility distortion is allowed in the field of allowable stress to absorb partial kinetic energy,relax local stress concentration,and accordingly enhance the whole fatigue intensity of pulleys and extend life-span.It can ensure of more than six years of continuous operation.
